Do you have a dinking problem? If so, you might want to join Pickleball Club. Pickleball Club is kind of a big dill. Pickleball Club will have a meeting on Thursday, October 24th at 8:00 in room A106 (Mr. Haan's room). If you are unable to attend, talk to Mr. Haan in room A106.
CHS Table Tennis Club will have its practice today after school. Meet at Mrs. Krueger's classroom A317.
The Boys Golf Awards Night will be held this Thursday in the Wellness Gym at 6:00pm. Please note the different location. Please be sure to clean all equipment (bags and clubs) and wash shirts to be returned that night. Team gear can be returned earlier in the week if necessary.
Attention all boys and girls wrestlers, if you are not out for a fall sport, please meet right after school in the wrestling room to help move mats to the gym for their annual cleaning.
On Sunday, October 27th the CHS Band will be hosting its annual Celebration of Music! Beginning with a Pancake Breakfast in the CHS Commons from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm! Breakfast tickets are $6 each if you find a band student to purchase from beforehand, $20 for families of four or more, and $7 at the door. There will be pancakes, sausage, & eggs along with a cold beverage or coffee! The Celebration of Music performance will be on Coan Field at 3:00 pm! The performance is free to attend!!
After-School Tutoring is being offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:45 - 4:45 in the New Library! There is no cost. We have staff in most of the core classes available! Please ask a CHS teacher or administrator if you would like to attend! Don’t wait if you are behind in a class.
Your River Queen swimmers competed in the Morrison Reverse Order Invitational last night. Despite having a skeleton crew and only competing in 8 of 11 events the Queens placed 3rd out of 5. Scoring and placing well for the Queens were Kaup, Brisch, Schroeder, Cagle and Whitney. Great Job Queens!
