  • Congratulations to Ms. Chase for being staff of the week! Ms. Chase has been great at helping kids get work experience in and out of Clinton High School!


  • Pride Club is in session! Formerly known as Speak Up, Pride Club is a safe space for LGBTQ+ people. The first meeting is today, Monday, October 21st, immediately after school in Mrs. Ciner's room. If you'd like to show your support or have any questions, show up to the meeting or email Audrey Morris or Rin Ciner. 


  • Congratulations ijag career association officers:  President - Samantha Schroeder.  VP of Leadership development - Abigail McNanna.  VP of Career development - Candis Hamstra.  VP of Social awareness - Jashaun Overstreet.  VP of Civic awareness - Paris Bradly.  VP of service learning - Dorianna Hill.  Secretary - Samija Campbell. 


  • Clinton High Drama and Camanche Storm Theater will present Zombie Prom, a nuclear 50's musical on November 1st, 2nd, & 3rd at Camanche High School. Adult tickets are $10. Students and senior citizens are $7. Tickets are available online only. See posters and monitors for the QR code.


  • On Friday night, the River Kings football teams traveled to Eldridge to take on the Lancers of North Scott. Both the Varsity and Sophomore games were close early, but North Scott pulled away to claim victories in both games. The Varsity Kings fell by a score of 49-14. After leading the game early, the Sophomore squad was defeated 40-14.  Thank you to all of our student and fan support! Please join us for one more battle this week, as the Kings travel to Tiffin, Iowa to take on the Clippers of Clear Creek Amana High School! The Sophs kick off at 5:00pm with the Varsity game to follow at around 7:30pm. GO KINGS!!!
